青雲閣, Sei-un-kaku, means "Blue Palace of Cloud." うん (un) is the on'yomi, Sino-Japanese reading, for the usual kun'yomi "kumo". (ED)
Seiun kaku is a flat-topped shrub like Mikawa yatsubusa, but more open growing. Leaves overlap like shingles on a house. It is a larger bush than Mikawa yatsubusa and will grow to about 8' tall by 10' wide. The fall color is a bright orange red. (DSN)
