東京八房, Tōkyō-yatsubusa means "Bushy Grower from Tōkyō." Note that the word "yatsubusa" doesn't mean dwarf, but rather the habit of growing leaves in tight, bushy clusters, although some "yatsubusa" may be small, others can reach considerable size. (ED)
Pirc has it as a synonym for Koto hime, also Saitama prefecture but 1968
Tokyo yatsubusa is an attractive green dwarf with small leaves and a dense form. It can be compared to Sharps pygmy, but with age it can reach 20 feet. Fall colors are yellow and orange. (DSN)
