黄秋山 is given the rōmaji Ki-syūzan, but the meaning is very obscure. 秋 is usually read as "aki = autumn", so there may be an ateji (phonetic use of Kanji) involved, or a local Chiba usage. It is also possible that it should be romanized Ki-shū-zan. The reading of the Kanji, Yellow Autumn Mountain, makes sense, but the rest is enigmatic. (ED)
