金華山, directly Kinka-zan, means "Mount Kinka", a mountain in Gifu Prefecture, and home of Gifu Castle (Gifu-jō) which sits on its peak. This 13th century dwelling became the home of powerful warlord Oda Nobunga in the 16th century, who gave the prefecture its name after his home. (ED)
