Pixie is a red upright with vigorous tight growth. It holds deep purple color throughout the summer. The fall color is red. The Pixie's structure is narrow and almost columnar when young, and remains semi-columnar even as it rounds out with age to 15'. Unlike the name implies, Pixie is not a dwarf. (DSN)
