竜雲閣, Ryū-un-kaku, means "Cloud-dragon's Palace." "un" is the on'yomi reading for the more well-known kun'yomi (Native Japanese reading) kumi. It as a marvelously evocative name, and Nakajima hints that it is "Cloud-dragon" rather than "Cloud-palace" by hyphenating ryū-un in his rōmaji, a highly unusual practice for him. (ED)
