拾福錦, Shūfuku-nishiki, may be taken as "Brocade of Accumulated Good Fortune." This seedling of 'Kasen-nishiki' grew for 8 years before the variegation stabilized; the good fortune accumulating as the grower didn't recycle or throw it our over that time. (ED)
