新星月夜, Shin-hoshi-zuki-yo, means "New Hoshi-zuki-yo." These "new" versions are usually a very similar selection, or even a sport, with supposedly superior characteristics: longer lasting colors, better variegated, etc., though in truth they are often difficult or impossible to tell apart. We have no information on what distinguishes this version. For more information on the name, see Hoshi-zuki-yo. (ED)
