Anthony Fajarillo is a Bonsai professional who has created ten award winning displays at the Northwest Flower and Garden Festival, is among the few who have had a tree displayed at the Artisan's Cup held at the Portland Art Museum and has served as President of the Puget Sound Bonsai Association.

Anthony will demonstrate the root pruning techniques that apply to any potted maple—whether the goal is to create a Bonsai, or to simply display and keep your tree healthy in a pot of any size.

The class will be conducted in Anthony's beautiful garden in Maple Valley, where you'll also be able to see first-hand examples of his skills as a landscape designer and consultant.

Fee for the class is $30 for Maple Society members and $40 for non-members. The class will include light refreshments.
